Kit of the Day: 2025 Limited Edition Pinot Gris Verdelho. SAVE $30.

From Australia’s Riverland: melon, pear and tropical fruit with pineapple and guava. Crisp, dry and refreshing. Perfect with shrimp, Thai curry and the holiday appetizer tray.

Want our best w**e on the Christmas table? 🎄

Meet Meritus, our W**expert Private Reserve Bordeaux-style blend from Lodi, California. Old World tradition meets New World character: plum, black currant, red berries and spice, with subtle cedar and chocolate. Full-bodied and heavy oak, made with a full pack of real grape skins.

Why we punch down the skins every day: During fermentation, the grape skins float up and form a thick “cap” on top of the w**e. That’s where the colour, flavour and tannin live. Each day we push that cap back down into the w**e. This pulls the deep colour and structure out of the skins and keeps the cap from drying out or spoiling. It’s how w**eries make their best reds, and it’s what makes this kit taste like a bottle you’d pay $30+ for.

$195 kit + $55 make fee + $15 skins care = $265 made in store.
That’s 30 bottles at about $8.83 a bottle.

Our little shop has a problem. The 2026 Limited Editions and Restricted Quantities are on their way, and we're out of shelf space.
So 25 kits have to go.
