Due to a rising number of missed and late cancelled appointments (which leaves it too late to fill the space) we Belle Hair & Beauty have no choice but to put a late/missed appointment fee in place.
As everyone is aware we are all struggling with the rising costs of everything at the minute and as self employed staff we do not get paid unless we do the work which makes it even harder when this kind of thing happens.
We request at least 24 hours prior notice for cancellations to allow us time to try and fill that space, if this is not given then there will be a £20/£30 fee for all colour appointments and £10/£15 for all cut/blow dry/hairup appointments.
Once this is paid and another appointment is requested there will be a deposit to be paid on rescheduling.
We apologise for having to do this and we hope you understand that this is our livelihood.
