• Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and AQL standards.
• Monitor in-line and final inspections; take corrective action where necessary.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and merchandising teams to meet shipment deadlines.
• Analyze quality reports and take preventive measures to reduce rejection and rework.
• Train and guide quality inspectors and line QA teams to improve quality performance.
• Handle buyer audits and ensure compliance with all quality protocols.

Job Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.) and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks across the office and production floors.
• Respond to user queries and provide technical support in a timely manner.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and other networking infrastructure.
• Regularly back up and maintain IT inventory, server systems, and security tools.
• Assist in ERP, email systems, CCTV, biometric devices, and application-level support.

Educational Requirements:
