🗣️NEW WINE… 🍷 It might look hard to pronounce but our 2024 Heathcote Touriga Nacional (Tor-ee-gah Nah-see-un-nal) is on the bottling line this weekend! 🍷 It has intense blueberry and dark fruit notes in the nose. This gives way to bursts of chocolate and more of those darker delicious fruits. The wine’s tannins are its defining feature, and its large, velvety mid-palate leads to a leathery, robust finish. Big and bold is the best way to describe this wine! 🍷

It’s bottling day! 🍷 We have another group of keen wine lovers on the production line today. They get to take home 6 bottles each of our new 2024 Merlot! 🍷 Spice notes blend with rich plum and blackberry aromas in our 2024 Merlot. With fresh fruit notes of cloves and plums, the long finish is complemented by a rich, full mid palate and delicate, exquisite tannins. Great as an accompaniment to gnocchi, lamb, or beef.
