Bottleshop Manager – Bottlemart Yass

Bottlemart Yass is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Bottleshop Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy bottleshop.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has strong leadership and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily bottleshop operations

Supervising and supporting staff

Ordering and managing stock levels

Coordinating and implementing weekly promotions

Monitoring and maintaining strong profit margins

Ensuring compliance with all NSW liquor licensing requirements

Delivering excellent customer service

About You

Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing staff in a retail or hospitality environment
Good organisational and stock management skills

Requirements

Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role preferred, but not essential
