We're breaking Tims heart with a cellar raid to pair this sensational menu with a selection of breathtaking wines. From German and Alsatian aromatics to razor-sharp white Jura's and, of course Burgundy’s sublime Pinot Noirs. We can't get past a bluefin and Burgundy combo ourselves 🤤
