Truffle & Nebbiolo Dinner | A Celebration of Hedonism

Truffle season is here, and we’re going all in. Join us for a decadent evening where every course is laced with the earthy, intoxicating scent of freshly shaved black truffle—paired with its perfect partner in crime: Nebbiolo.
We’re sourcing our truffles from Manjimup, tucked away in Western Australia’s South West—an area celebrated globally for producing exceptional French Périgord black truffles. Expect truffle in many forms: oils, salts, pastes, and of course, generous shavings of the fresh stuff. Can’t get enough? Tim and the team will be standing by with more truffle for those who plan to live, breathe, and bathe in it.

Fresh Focaccia & Truffle Butter
Baked in-house and served warm with whipped butter infused with Manjimup black truffle.
Stracciatella & Wild Mushrooms
Creamy stracciatella, sautéed wild mushrooms, and a snowfall of fresh truffle.
Carne Battuta
A Piedmontese favourite—hand-cut raw beef, bone marrow, gremolata, and truffle shavings.
Truffle Cacio e Pepe
The Roman classic, amped up with black truffle, pecorino romano, and cracked pepper.
Brasato al Barolo
Slow-braised beef in Barolo, served with crisped potatoes tossed in truffle oil and sea salt.
Dessert – Berry Cheesecake & Black Truffle
Seasonal berries, silky cheesecake, and just a hint of fresh Manjimup truffle to finish things with flair.
