We’ve just been notified… and honestly, we’re still taking it in.

Phoenix Distilling Co has officially been named one of the 5 winners in the inaugural Fever-Tree G&T Cup.

Shout out to for putting on this event and giving us the chance to showcase our gin to all gin lovers.

For a small independent distillery from the Hunter Valley, moments like this mean everything.

This recognition is incredibly special to us because every bottle we make is built around quality, passion, and bringing people together over a great drink.

Priscilla on our big outdoor screen, wine in hand and a garden full of great humans.

It was a balmy summer night in the Grays Inn garden with locals and friends from around the Hunter. There was plenty of laughs drifting between deck chairs.

We’ve been putting on outdoor movie nights here for over a decade now, and honestly, they just keep getting better. It’s become one of those Wollombi traditions we really love hosting in our cellar door garden.

Great wine, beautiful food by Chef Nathan from One Tomato, and one of those nights you wish you could rewind and do all over again.
