Kicking off our 2025 series:
🗓 4 July - Humis Vineyard
Established in 2010 by Hugh and Michelle Jones, is rooted in sustainability and a deep respect for the land. Nestled in the Heathcote region of Victoria, they’ve created a boutique vineyard with a hands-on approach and minimal intervention winemaking. Expect wines that are honest, expressive, and full of character — from vibrant whites to bold, complex reds.
🗓 11 July - Wangolina
is the lifelong work of Anita Goode, who planted the vineyard with her parents in Mt Benson back in 1999. Located on South Australia's rugged Limestone Coast, Wangolina is all about bold experimentation and authentic regional expression. Her wines are fun, layered, and utterly memorable — just like the winemaker herself.
🗓 18 July — The Apsley
Our friends Paul and Ashley will be pouring, amongst others, what we believe to be one of the best Shiraz in Australia. Its elegance, spice, and restraint, has quietly developed a cult following at Grape & Barley, so come taste and decide for yourself. Their remote Western Victorian vineyard enjoys perfect conditions to produce exceptional grapes for exceptional wines.
🗓 25 July - Yayoi Wines
Founded by Steffi Snook, is a young label already turning heads. Recently named one of the Top 50 Winemakers in the 2025 Young Gun of Wine Awards, Steffi’s style is influenced by her background in French viticulture and a deep sensitivity to terroir and tradition. From light reds that dance across the palate to textural whites that linger, Yayoi offers something beautifully distinct in the Australian landscape.
