🍷 Friday 30th October: Joe’s choice! 🥂

We’re keeping it in-house this week, with Joe choosing the w**es and Alex providing the tunes.

See Saw Organic Prosecco — from Orange, NSW.
Hirsch Hill Rosé — from our local Yarra Valley.
Rivah Tempranillo — a Spanish variety made here in Victoria, with cherry and plum flavours and a touch of savoury spice.
Noble Red Carménère — from Heathcote, with dark berry flavours, soft tannins and a little herbal spice.

If those red varieties are new to you, come and have a taste and find a new favourite. Broadening your w**e horizons is all part of the service.

🍺 Sudhir’s verdict: Pentridge Pale Ale from Coburg Brewing Co.

Sudhir’s on tasting duties today, and this one gets his approval. He describes it as a typical Aussie pale ale with citrus flavours—familiar, smooth and approachable.
Coburg Brewing Co calls it their take on an American Pale Ale. At 4.9% ABV, it’s golden in colour, with a crisp malt profile and smooth bitterness.

The verdict? Sudhir’s a fan. He’ll be pouring another one in his glass for sure. 🍻.

Good company deserves a good meeting spot. 🍷

Friday nights are buzzing with live music and friends catching up on the week, Saturdays set the scene for a cosy date night, and Sundays are made for lazy afternoons, long conversations and trying a new b**r or two—like Allen and John, who hadn’t seen each other in years and chose us as the spot to catch up and make up for lost time.

Double Up gets a double thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼🍻
Regular customer Allen gives Bojak Brewing’s Double Up a taste in our video review, calling it “fruity” and “excellent”. And judging by his reaction, that 8.4% has a real kick! 😂

Brewed to celebrate Bojak’s 8th birthday, this limited-release Double Hazy IPA is packed with tropical fruit flavours.

🍺 Style: Double Hazy IPA
💪 ABV: 8.4%
🌿 Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo
🥭 Flavours: Mango, passionfruit, white grape, citrus zest and grapefruit, with a dank edge
