Next month, YVW Co. turns one. 🥂

A year ago we opened the doors, poured the first glass and hoped someone would come. You did — so we’re throwing a weekend.

Friday 20 to Sunday 22 November. Three days, three very different ones:

Friday — a DJ on the balcony
Saturday — an oyster bar (ticketed)
Sunday — w**emakers pouring their own w**es

Line-up and tickets announced over the next couple of weeks. Put the dates in your phone.

Capocollo, rocket, shaved parmesan and balsamic on a simple Napoli base. Tapa-sized and pared back — one plate to yourself, or a couple to share.

Tested thoroughly from the balcony, in the sun, with a glass. Hard work.

You lot love our little meatballs.

So we put them on a pizza 🖤

Tapa-sized, pared back, done the traditional way — tomato, mozzarella, our little meatballs, shaved parmesan and basil from the garden on the deck.

And for the capocollo fans, there’s a Little Napoli too — capocollo, rocket, parmesan and balsamic.

Weekend exclusives. Here Saturday and Sunday, gone Monday.

This crew ducked in to The Shed mid sales conference — one long table, their team videos up on the screen, and somewhere dry to sit for a bit.

It’s exactly what we built the space for. A room that works just as well for a quick group stop as it does for a full day.

Tomorrow is a first for us 🖤

Tables set, flowers in, lollies out. In the morning YVW Co. hosts its very first corporate group. **eco

Once upon a time, this space was the Warby Tyre Shop! Tomorrow there’ll be an amazing group of people around these long tables all day, and we’re a little bit giddy about it.

Roller door open, and the Yarra River five metres from where they’ll be sitting.

Can’t wait.
