Hi Widgee people,

Just a quick update for everyone. It’s been really difficult to get fuel from the Brisbane terminals at the moment, and we are not sure when the next delivery will be available.

At the moment we still have some fuel available, but with the supply situation changing quickly and wholesale prices already skyrocketing, we can’t guarantee how long it will last or what the next price will be.

If you need fuel, it might be a good idea to fill up your tanks while we still have supply.

Hi Widgee community,

Just a heads up that what’s happening around the world is now affecting fuel supply and prices here. Wholesale fuel prices are currently rising 20–30c per day, and if it continues like this prices could go over $3 per litre by Monday.

We are also hearing that fuel terminals are running very low, so supply may become uncertain over the next few days.

It might be a good idea to keep your vehicles topped up and grab your daily essentials, as fuel shortages can also affect food and delivery supplies into small towns.
