The third year of the community coat rack is complete. A huge thanks again to Spar Torquay! While I was taking down the coat rack a lovely woman stopped me to thank me, she mentioned she had needed a coat that morning and took one from the rack to keep warm! Thank you everyone who donated and everyone who helped keep it tidy 🙂
