Who's feeling nostalgic?
April 17th is National Cheeseball Day. It's time to bring back an old family favourite.🧀🕰️

Ingredients: 225g Cream Cheese (room temperature), 1/3 cup Fruit Chutney, 1 Cup - Grated Cheese, 1 Tsp - Curry Powder, 1/2 Tsp - Onion Powder, 1/2 Tsp - Garlic Powder, 2 Tsp - Parsley, 1/2 Cup Crushed Nuts (of your choice), SPAR Original Crackers (to serve)
Soften and blend Cream Cheese in bowl, add all other ingredients except nuts. Roll into large ball, coat with peanuts then wrap in glad wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until you are ready to serve!
