If you know anything about traditional Belgian sour beer, you know that Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen isn’t just a brewery... it’s a museum of bier history. Operating out of the Senne Valley, they are one of the oldest remaining Belgian icons of authentic, 100% spontaneous fermentation. With the unique character that the wild airborne microbes of the Pajottenland impart on the brew. It is a slow, stubborn and beautiful craft where a single bottle of Oude Geuze can take up to four years of barrel aging and blending before it ever leaves the cellar ✨

On Saturday 27, June (11am - 2pm), Carwyn Cellars is proud to be 1 of only 2 venues in the country (alongside our WA friends Besk), chosen to host an exclusive celebration (after a 4 year hiatus in Aus!) of these masters of funk, and pour 3 Font out of the taps for the first time ever in Australia! 🔥

We'll be setting up the Carwyn Beer Garden for a ticketed celebration of wild complexity. For $99 (+BF), you’ll secure entry into an intimate, limited-capacity session featuring a Welcome Oude Lambik, plus five pours of highly exclusive, rare 3 Fonteinen Lambic on tap. To top this off, your ticket entitles you to 2 bottle pours of 3F’s rarest bottles from this shipment. To keep you grounded through all that beautiful lactic acidity, your ticket also includes one of our popular burgers (plus chips) straight from the Carwyn Kitchen.

The event will start with a video made specifically for this event by Gaëtan Claes, the long-time representative of the renowned Belgian brewery 📺

For those who are extra thirsty or wanting to go even further, the Beer Garden bar will also be selling bottle pours of these rare lambic bottles (multiple to choose from), which will also be available to purchase and take home to your cellar. Those with a ticket will have exclusive first access to these drops, with the rest of the stock becoming available for the General Public until after the event ⌚

What a drop! The Botany pastry kings are back with 16 new over-the-top creations! 😱

16 different One Drop Brewing Co. beers have just hit our shelves. Load up on alllll the pastries, the stouts, the smoothies and the lupulin! 🔥

It's ironic how these legends are called One Drop when they literally NEVER stop releasing new drops! Every fortnight sees 4-6 brand new treats, and they always go BIG.

In this shipment, we have the return of some of their most popular releases, including some darker treats just in time for the start of winter. We're super excited to see "Toasted Marshmallow & Salted Caramel Pecan Mudcake Imperial Pastry Stout" back! Yes, quite a mouthful, just like the beer. With a new can design, it's still as THICC and decadent as always, with lashes of chocolate and caramel that linger in the palate, providing that extra cozy feel you're looking for during the cold season 🍫

We have a new iteration of "Double Take" with a new look but the same massive amount of fruit as always. This version (Boysenberry & Cream) has a whopping 420 grams of boysenberries per litre! And yes, it might be a delicious creamy brew, but beware of its very well hidden 10% ABV 🍹

Finally, we have a couple of international collabs as well such as "Just An Illusion" Fruited Sour, made in collaboration with Teenage Brewing from Tokigawa, Japan. Teenage is one of the most exciting and popular breweries in Japan (ranked No. 6 on Untappd). This Pulp Sour Ale is brewed with no other than Nashi Pear, an ingredient that we think we've never seen in beer before! Alongside Peach and Strawberry this fruity treat is uniquely lush and vibrant 🍐 The other Collab in this shipment is called "Walk it Out" with Scottish pastry counterparts, Vault City. This adjunct-loaded collab is based on an Aussie classic: the Pink Lamington, and it has every single note you'd expect from this cake such as coconut, raspberry and more! 🥥

The Adelaide Hills legends are heading to High Street and we’ve secured Brendan and his whimsical wines for a very intimate dinner.

If you’ve ever met Brendan Carter, you know the man is a force of pure, unfiltered winemaking energy. Armed with an infectious passion, endless boundary-pushing ideas, and a legendary, silver-tongued charm, he’s spent years reshaping how we think about sustainable, wildly drinkable Australian wine.

On 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲, Brendan is taking over our side room for an ultra-intimate, 20-seat winemaker dinner. This isn't your standard, stuffy wine lecture. This is a private, deep-dive house party with one of the industry's most entertaining storytellers. Brendan will be pouring a massive lineup of 𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗭𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, including crisp whites, some fun juicy wines and some bolder weather appropriate reds.

As the corks fly, he’ll be chatting through the history of the winery, the unique terroirs of the Adelaide Hills, and dropping some unique, behind-the-scenes anecdotes from years picking the vines.
