We are so happy to finally have our new menu out in the wild! 😎 We're particularly thrilled about having a steak back on the menu! 🤤

This 200gr 'Marble Score 2' Sirloin Steak (offering the perfect balance of tenderness and flavour) is served on a bed of Skin-on Fries and drizzled with a Blonde Peppercorn Sauce for that extra kick. You gotta come try it! 🔥

The date is quickly approaching for these two TITANS of the Aussie craft beer scene to take over our taps for the launch of a new beer! Both and are very well known for their IPAs so we did not want to disappoint the fans! You’ll find a hop-forward taplist with a few other brews to enjoy such as rich adjuncted Imperial Stout and a refreshing Fruited Sour for balance 😌

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐮, 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬?

After installing a ton of new stainless steel toys in our kitchen, we’ve refreshed our Carwyn Kitchen menu - keeping some all-time favs and rolling out some scrumptious new options. Our Kitchen crew have been hard at work testing this new menu for the last few weeks, and we’ve given our regulars a sneak peek this week this week, but we’re now ready to make it OFFICIAL!

First off, your favourite burgers are still here - but we've listened and added some new BIGGER options like our new Steak Frites, the Pork Cutlet and the Spring Salad. On the snack department we have a few new cast-members such as the Fried Jackfruit, Crispy Potatoes, Halloumi Bites and the Bourbon Rub Fried Chicken! Honestly these are pure fire 🔥

And because we want good food to be as accessible as possible, we've added a couple of Vegan options... 𝗣𝗟𝗨𝗦 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲. Yep, all those snacks (including the fried chicken 😱) are entirely Gluten Free and Coeliac friendly.

On Thursday 28 August join us as we celebrate this new epic collab between Mountain Culture Beer Co & Rocky Ridge Brewing Co! What kind of beer is it do you ask? Well, the beer is a secret 🤫 but we have no doubts that it’ll be a tasty tasty brew ✨

To go alongside this new collab, we’ll be tapping 3 different beers from each brewery! 3 by the Katoomba kings and 3 by the Jindong legends for a total of 7 beers! (Taplist TBA soon)

These SMOOVIE releases keep getting better and better! This one has chunky base of 100% Voyager Malt, then it’s absolutely buried it in fresh strawberries, Aussie banana, vanilla and milk sugar.

🍬 𝗧𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗬 - Dessert Stout (brewed by Sailors Grave Brewing in collab with Good Land)

Straight out of a Milk Bar this Dessert Stout combines two Gippsland powerhouses for a slightly roasted chocolate stout brewed with cacao husk, vanilla and a sprinkle of sea salt.

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘅 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘄𝘆𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀: 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑰𝒛𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒚𝒂 🌸

What a night last Saturday was! With a sold-out event and the beer garden looking particularly snazzy we hosted our Beer Garden Izakaya alongside our friends from Sunny Seafood! 🎣

An entrée and 6 courses (including dessert) highlighting the new ‘Kazoku Kitchen’ product line by Sunny Seafood including Butabara (Pork Belly) Skewers, Karaage Chicken and Mochi! The hibachi was sizzling all evening and the tunes flowing to create the izakaya vibes we were looking for 🔥🎶

Drinks were included, featuring some sake, the Two Bays Japanese Rice Lager, and a delicious Umeshu Ginger Highball to get the night started 🍻

Thank you to everyone that joined us for such a different event, and to Sunny Seafood for the opportunity!
