NEW WINES in store 🥂 🍷:estate SIENNA 2017 Single Vineyard RIESLING (Adelaide Hills) Named after the first daughter of the 6th generation of Smeaton lineage, the ‘Sienna’ is a pure expression of true Riesling grape flavours, and reflects the unique terroir and 440 metre altitude of the Martin Hill vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Best enjoyed by itself or paired with a variety of seafood and asian dishes. The wine will also reward long term ageing over at least 20 years. $30estate STELLA 2023 Single Vineyard CHARDONNAY (Adelaide Hills) A special chardonnay with special characteristics. Bold, inviting, full of character and warmth. Just like her namesake, Stella Wong! With a limited release of just 200 cases, our inaugural ‘Stella’ Chardonnay will leave your taste buds eagerly awaiting the next vintage. $60
Light Pass GRENACHE 2023 (Barossa Valley) Released young and without maturation in oak, this is a vibrant, fruity wine with aroma of strawberry , raspberry and ripe red plums, with hints of honeysuckle, rose petal and ginger spice, ideally suited to current drinking. $25
Seven Sleepers CABERNET SAUVIGNON SHIRAZ PETIT VERDOT 2021 and SHIRAZ 2021 Seven Sleepers, better known by those of German Heritage in Barossa Valley as Siebenschläfer, is based on weather conditions on the 27th June. If it rains on the 27th June, it will rain for the next seven weeks, similarly, if it’s sunny that day, it will stay fine for seven weeks, or so the story goes. $25
