One of our favourites, James, returns this week to show off a few wines in his portfolio.
From Adelaide Hills we've got some fresh, fruit driven wines from Cloudbreak. Then it's a short journey to Coonawarra for some great reds from Koonara Wines. And then a quick dipsy-doodle over to Yarra Valley for Armstrong Pinot Noir, which particularly caught our eye. See you this afternoon from 4pm!

Either Lachlan has massive hands, or Squinters Brewing Co have had to put their Mudcake Imperial Chocolate Stout into 250ml cans. Why? Well it's that full of flavour that 375ml would be too much (and would be very expensive too). Perfect for dessert on a cold night.....like tonight!

This week's wine tasting awaits all lovers of good quality wine! We have the Purple Hands range out of the Barossa (named as a reference to the "hands on approach" of these gun winemakers), a stunning Rioja Blanco and a Rioja Rosado (it's Spanish for Rose....) from Spain, and one of Tony's favourites the Colours of the South Pinot Gris from Adelaide Hills. And to top it all off, it is being hosted by the perennial favourite Emily who can't wait to take you through as many or as few as you would like to sample.

Juicy NEIPAs, Sours (including a Black Forest Sour - yum!), ESBs, Rye IPAs, Black IPAs - plenty of new beers to choose from this week. And for the very adventurous we have very limited stock of the wild yeast, barrel aged, bottle conditioned, Rousanne from 3 Ravens Brewery (Melbourne).

And if you haven't tried it yet - the colab between Mountain Culture Beer Co and Garage Project is absolutely top notch! Which is hardly surprising I guess...!

What do you get when a winery steps out of their own litle patch of the world, and instead, sources the grapes from Australia's premier wine regions for each varietal? Well, you get great wines of course, and that's what Damon from Nugan Estate would like to show you this Friday. The folk at Glenbrook loved them last week, so chances are that you will too!

"Hey mate, where's your Fiano section? And got any Chambourcin?"....is a conversation we are yet to hear in our shop... BUT - after this Friday's wine tasting, well, maybe we will, as you can discover something you've might have never had before! Glen from Paramount Wines is bringing in some Shiraz, Pinot Gris, and a few styles you might not be familiar with. We've tried them and they're great, so now it's your turn!
