STAFF TRAINING - Michael taking the team through two of our favourite Italian wine producers and genuine stars of the range. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Benanti (Sicily) – An absolute OG/icon and benchmark estate on Mount Etna. They craft wines of striking precision and minerality that capture the energy of this unique volcanic terroir. They are pioneers of Etna’s modern fine wine movement. Both white & red, their wines balance intensity with elegance and age-worthy structure.


Rizzi (Barbaresco) – One of Barbaresco’s quiet overachievers, Rizzi produces beautifully classical Nebbiolo with purity, perfume, and finely etched tannins. There is a real transparency of site here and incredible value from some of the regions finest crus.
