‘Ale fermented and aged in oak without addition of yeast or bacteria’
This blend contains ales brewed in the winters of 2021, 2022 and 2023 aged and blended in late 2024 for Winter release 2025.

2024 St Edward: Montepulciano
‘An ale made with red wine grapes’
A blend of barrel aged amber mixed with Montepulciano. After a 4 month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, bottled and matured for 9 months.
