Position: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Shell Rutherglen, Vic
Job Type: Casual 18-24hrs (Flexible Hours Available)
Love working in a fast-paced environment and putting a smile on people’s faces? Shell Rutherglen is on the hunt for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our vibrant team!
Your day-to-day will include:
🛒 Assisting customers at the counter with a smile
🧼 Keeping the store clean, tidy, and stocked
💵 Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
⏰ Working flexible shifts, including weekends
We’re looking for people who:
🟡 Have a positive attitude and team spirit
🟡 Are dependable and enjoy providing great customer service
🟡 Can handle busy periods with confidence
🟡 Have experience in customer service (preferred, but not essential – training provided!)

A commitment to customer service
Daily cleaning between forecourt and inside the shop,
Refilling of shop stock,
Must be flexible to work over openings, closings, weekends and Public Holidays,
Award rates:
*We love commitment & longevity.
Casual: approximately 22-26 hours
Successful candidates must have full-time working rights in Australia without restrictions.
