Now, if you haven’t seen this beautiful pooch appear on Milie, you must not check it enough because he’s constantly posting glamour shots next to the hotspots! Nitro’s…… Actually, we’re kidding, the real Member of the Month for May is Leanne Estcourt (Nitro’s mum)
One of our newer bottleshop managers, Leanne, made the transition easy with a real knack for taking notes and good planning. So much so, it’s one of the most impressive transitions we’ve ever seen. From day one, it was clear to see the store would be executed with attention to detail, and any new initiatives would be given a red hot crack. One of Leanne’s best traits is her ability to listen, truly listen. When you explain something or go through data, you can see a clear intent to really understand it. On top of this, there’s always a joke and a laugh with nearly every customer that comes in. She has fantastic customer service and engagement. It was a pretty quiet lead into summer down in Gippsland; however, Leanne and the team managed to keep the numbers stable and buck that trend.
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Leanne! Make sure you give Nitro a hug for us. We also know his customer service is A+!
