Good morning everyone.

Due to the break in at rock valley post office, we have lost a book of raffle tickets.
Unfortunately half the book was already sold. So we are asking everyone who has brought raffle tickets to please check your ticket stubs.
If you have green tickets unfortunately we will need to replace those tickets with new ones.
If you could drop into the post office or call the post office if you are unable to make it here and we can try and sort out replacement tickets for everyone.
You will need proof (your green tickets) to be able to replace your ticket.
Really sorry for the extra work this is causing everyone. Thank you for understanding.

If anyone has dash cam footage going past the post office between 2:15pm and a little after 3pm on Friday the 15th, could you please have a look and let me know if you see anything suspicious.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the support. The comments, messages and phone calls have ment alot to me. 🥰

The post office will be closed tomorrow while I clean and do a stock take of what has been stolen.

Unfortunately alot of parcels have been stolen 😞.
I've been in contact with my Auspost area manager so will no more tomorrow as to how to tackle that. In the mean time if you had a parcel awaiting collection at the post office, just bare with me while I figure out how to navigate through it all.

Afternoon all.

Unfortunately I've just been contacted by a Rock Valley resident to inform me the post office has been broken into 🙄

The police have been called and will be attending. But looks like they have stolen a fair bit of stuff.

If anyone saw anything suspicious last night or this morning please let me know.

In the meantime if people could avoid going to the post office until the police have attended would be appreciated.

Hello everyone.

As most are aware, the courier services out here can be a bit... Frustrating at time. Eg. Unable to find addresses, not wanting to go up long driveways, leaving them by the road side or tossing them over your front fence.

It seems I have become a drop off point for a few local courier services. I don't mind doing this as a community service (I don't make any money out of it), but I will not be accepting large bulky parcels. Also if it becomes a hindrance for me in the future I will be refusing these parcels all together.

If your expecting a courier delivered parcel addressed to the post office, or expecting a parcel but have previously had issues receiving parcels from couriers please give the rock valley post office a call to see if your parcel has been dropped off here. 66293290

If you would prefer your parcel not to be dropped here please contact the courier service and address this with them.
