Happy Thursday! We're here all weekend pouring some delicious wines, including the return of this staff favourite - Mittnacht Freres from Alsace. Made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois (Chardonnay's cousins) this is awash with ripe stone fruit, fresh citrussy acid, on a creamy palate that brings out the best in its elements. Salut! ❤️🥂

On this day, eight years ago, Atlas Vinifera opened its doors for the very first time. Since then it's been a wild ride with some of the best friends we could ever have - in the best neighbourhood there is.

Tonight we'll be celebrating with special pours, cocktails, and some general merriment. (We also have some old photos that we'll be posting today of all of us through the years).
