Instore Red Wine and Cheese tasting today! 🍷🧀

Head instore today to sample the 2022 Edelrood Cabernet Merlot by Nederburg Wines, straight from South Africa! And who doesnt love some cheese to pair with a wine!

The first South African Wine we have put on tasting here at Cellarbrations Canning Vale, Edelrood (translating to "Noble Red") Cabernet Merlot offers a rich, soft but structured mouthful of spicy fruitcake and cherry, plum and liquorice highlights!

This blend combines 66% Cabernet Sauvignon and 34% Merlot into a refreshing food friendly wine with abundant fruit flavour! Pairs great with spaghetti bolognaise, lasagne, braised beef short ribs or even pepperoni pizza!
Try instore with some complimentary Gouda Cheese, complimenting the the wines dark fruit, vanilla and oak notes with the nutty caramelized flavours of the cheese!

Newest Banks Brewing Beer now in the Fridge!

The latest Cake Eater is now at Cellarbrations Canning Vale!
Changing the hop varieties between releases, Cake Eater is Banks' signature Oat Cream Double IPA and not one to miss for the crafty lover!

Cake Eater Krush & Citra - Double Dry Hopped Oat Cream Double IPA
8.0% // 500ml
This iteration of Cake Eater is just as Pillowy and Tropical as previous releases!
This time using the hops Krush and Citra, Cake Eater delivers layers of ripe tropical fruit, soft stonefruit and juicy citrus!
Finishing with a soft sweet mouthfeel from the addition of lactose, this beer balances out the tropical hop character without becoming overly syrupy!
Fans of a big Oat Cream IPA wont wanna miss this one!

0 - 100 - Double Red IPA
8.5% // 500ml
Exactly like the name implies, this beer goes from 0-100 as soon as you give it a sip!
An explosion of sticky citrus, ripe tropical fruit and resinous pine from the use of Columbus, Citra, and El Dorado hops and a firm bitterness from the caramelised malts giving this beer a deep red colour!
Fast and Loud, can you keep up?

Double Or Nothing - Double West Coast IPA
8.8% // 500ml
This Double West Coast IPA packs some serious hop power!
Tripe Dry Hopped with Simcoe, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin hops, this west coast is full of malty resin notes, ready to go down easy on a warm day!
