Our tree, as always, is growing back slower than every other tree on William Street — but that only means there’s more springtime sunshine to be enjoyed for now before we hit the high heat of the year.

Plenty happening in the w**e bar this weekend with new produce hitting the menu and the cellar getting a spring clean. Bottles, bottles, bottles, come get ‘em!

Some things from the kitchen of late - weekend specials making use of lovely spring produce!

A plate of prosciutto with house made ricotta and gorgeous Gingin peach, touched by flame. 🍑 Plus a very photogenic (and delicious) frangipane tart with mulberries from Perth City Farm and lemon verbena ice cream.

So simple, so good.

Rolling specials are always hitting our menu around Friday lunch and on for the weekend until sold out. It’s a very nice time of the week to visit.

ANNOUNCEMENT: SUNDAY DINNER IS BACK!

The seasons are changing and as of this long weekend, so are our Sunday opening hours - just a little bit.

As with every summer, we are once again now open for Sunday dinner. Kitchen closes at 8pm, bar closes at 9pm.

We’ll be closed this Monday the 28th for the public holiday - so make the most of Sunday night.
