In the spotlight this week, .Wines.Beechworth

Energetic, textural and beautifully balanced, these wines deliver exceptional value for their quality, and they're a favourite here at The Heritage.

The winemaker, Chris Catlow, was born and raised in Beechworth, Victoria, developing a curiosity for winemaking in his teens. This interest was nurtured by Barry Morey at Sorrenberg, where Catlow worked alongside him during vintage before going on to complete a double degree in Viticultural Science and Wine Science.

Today, Chris makes wines under both his flagship label, Sentiō, and his sub-label Catlow & Co, and wines from both are available at The Heritage Wine Store & Bottle Shop

Kicking off our 2026 tastings, we're proud to welcome famed Oregon producer Lingua Franca to the tasting table!

is the fruition of Master Sommelier Larry Stone's lifelong ambition, and this February The Heritage is offering an intimate, guided exploration of four of their remarkable wines. Hosted by Beverage Director Mirco Tarducci and brand ambassador Dean Korman, it’s a relaxed yet insightful deep dive into world‑class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Tastings are limited to 10 people per session, so book soon before you miss out.
