So today we had a wonderful discovery of everything from & what an experience it was!

Unfortunately this was one of the first years we could not make the Swan Valley Wine Show and as such when the invite to join John Griffiths & the team in our beautiful came through how could we resist!

From tasting the richness of Shiraz to the most amazing Muscats the quality of Faber has certainly shined through & it is wonderful to see such amazing wines coming from our own backyard!

Congratulations is also deserved to John & his team for not only picking up Best Chenin Blanc but also Best Swan Valley Table Wine of Show for their CBP Chenin Blanc🙌🏻

A testament to hard work done in and out of the vineyard & are proud to showcase the largest range of Swan Valley Wines because not only are they all local but delicious too💪🏻😤🥳

Cooper’s Brewing launched their 25th anniversary Vintage Ale (7.5% abv) this week at the Norfolk Hotel.

Guy joined Dr Tim and a full house of guests over four courses, and the new 2025 release.

Each year Vintage Ale celebrates a different hop profile, with New Zealand Nectarine & Southern Cross being employed this year. They offer plenty of stonefruit characters and lemony notes across a classic Coopers malt base.

Vintage Ale can be enjoyed now, or cellared in cool conditions for up to a decade.

Sullivan’s Brewing dates back to 1702 and has a storied history in Kilkenny that includes fires, gambling with French Aristocrats and more.

The brewery was eventually shuttered before two local families restored Sullivan Brewing to its former glory in 2016.

Vecchie Terre Di Montefili resides deep in Chianti Classico, a region which has seen control by Etruscans, Ancient Romans & Benedictine monks. More recent history shows the Super Tuscan movement and becoming part of Italy’s first organic district in 2000.

Vinified from Sangiovese grapes, this pair of DOCG Chiantis share notes of red cherry, fleeting floral aromas, subtle earth notes, fine tannins and balanced acidity.

Today our Flo leaves Copper & Oak for next her adventure flying the friendly skies. 🛫

Over the past 3.5 years her infectious energy and personality has left a lasting impression on our team and our customers.

We’re raising a glass of Lambic in one hand, and a 40g/L TDH New Zealand hopped Hazy in the other - yes, two beers, but that’s Flo!

Penelope Bourbon was founded in 2018 and named after Mike & Kerry Paladini’s daughter.

Their desire to create a Straight Bourbon Whiskey - 51% corn Whiskey aged in new American oak for a minimum of two years - found them partnering with Lawrenceburg’s MGP distillery and Speyside Cooperage.

The resulting relationship delivers highly drinkable Bourbon, and we are very happy to have three on offer.
