📍Sourced from Rosabrook, a cooler inland pocket about 10km south-east of Margaret River town.

Wild fermented in tank with gentle pump-overs to keep the fruit and tannins in balance, then basket pressed to fine French barriques (~20% new). Aged on fine lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Long, cool and quietly elegant. 🍷
