The St Hallett 'Black Clay' Shiraz from St Hallett Wines is a beautifully crafted wine that showcases the richness and depth of the Barossa Valley’s famed terroir.
Black cracking Biscay clay is a common soil type found in the Barossa Valley. The Biscay soils typically produce wines with berry compote and summer pudding flavours, complemented by luscious velvety tannins.
This Shiraz is a great example of what the Barossa has to offer. Pair with rich, hearty dishes such as roast beef, grilled lamb, or a charred steak, where its full-bodied profile can truly shine.

Lord Malty Imperial ESB is a seasonal craft beer brewed by the New England Brewing Company . This is a high-strength, modern take on the traditional English Extra Special Bitter (ESB) style, scaling up the traditional malt and hop profiles into an "Imperial" expression. Lord Malty boasts an all UK hop line up of EKG, Goldings, Admiral and Jester. Expect a blend of honey, marmalade and dark fruit flavours in a rich malt body of toffee, nuts and caramel biscuits.

Introducing the BIlli Billi wines from Mount Langi Ghiran
The 'Billi Billi' range is a fine introduction to the premium cool climate wines that Victoria has to offer. This wine range has a strong sense of variety and vintage and including Shiraz, Rosé and Pinot Gris (pictured).
On the nose, the Bili Billi Pinot Gris boasts aromas of white nectarines and peaches, green pear and citrus splashes. This is both a floral and delicate wine with excellent balance and texture. Shop the Billi Billi range this week at Old Bar Cellars.
