This weekend we are tasting the juicy and enticing Mud House Pinot Noir from Central Otago, New Zealand.
Aromas of bold cherry and fresh red berries are underpinned by savoury notes and spicy oak. On the palate, dark fruit flavours flow into a smooth palate, delivering a long finish with fine tannins and juicy acidity. A wonderful example of a cool-climate NZ Pinot Noir.
