Clean, crisp and unapologetically hop-forward, it's brewed exclusively with 100% Rhapsody hops, an exciting new proprietary variety from Clayton Hops in New Zealand. Expect vibrant bursts of ruby grapefruit, ripe peach, passionfruit and zesty lime, layered over subtle pine resin and a snappy, assertive bitterness that keeps everything laser-focused from first sip to last.

Made exclusively from Citra hops, it delivers an extra layer of vibrant citrus and tropical fruit aroma with exceptional clarity and freshness.

The result is a soft, pillowy NEIPA overflowing with Bripe mango, passionfruit, mandarin and peach, backed by bursts of blueberry, citrus zest and a touch of dank complexity. Saturated with flavour, impossibly smooth and built for cruising at light speed."

"We were lucky enough to host our mate Bartek from Poland’s legendary Pinta Brewing recently. After navigating his way across the seas to our humble shores, he made the trek to the Blue Mountains to mash in a special collaboration.
The result is a crisp, ultra-modern West Coast Pilsner that marries old-world tradition with our obsession for cutting-edge hop technology. We started with a clean, snappy base and layered in classic Saaz hops for that intricate, earthy spice European brewers have mastered for centuries. Then, we hit it with an expressive dry-hop of Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe HyperBoost.

Expect intense aromas of bright grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical fruits, balanced perfectly by a resinous pine backbone. It delivers a massive, punchy flavour profile before wrapping up with an incredibly clean, snappy finish.

Look no further because you have found it.

This is a hazy pale with every element absolutely dialled in. Citra, Sabro and Peacherine come straight from the top shelf and into the dry hop to create a full flavour feature for your palate.

Bursting with ripe peach, citrus creamsicle and fuzzy tropical fruit before Sabro rolls through with waves of coconut and enough creamy dankness to make the whole thing feel like a fever dream.

The body is full yet it finishes light giving you all the flavour and feel of a bigger hazy whilst keeping it sessionable so you enjoy it throughout the session.

"Reality, hey? Not all it’s cracked up to be if you asked us! So why not have a little break from it every now and then?
We’ve taken everyone's favourite break-apart chocolate bar and, through a keen use of magic and a bit of mischief, liquified it. We’ve also made it alcoholic but that’s just an added bonus. What this enchanting tonic really is, is a portal away from the “real world”. You know the real world where everyone is always like “you can’t use the name of the chocolate bar because it’s trademarked even though everyone knows exactly what it is because it has chocolate, wafers and breaks apart. Oh, also you can’t use red on the label”?

From the first sip it’s pure indulgence: waves of milk chocolate melting into wafer biscuit crunch nostalgia, deep roasted cocoa rolling underneath like velvet thunder, and a decadent, silky body that coats everything in comfort. It’s dessert, it’s nostalgia, it’s a trick of the light you can actually drink.

’SEAGULL MULLET’ (x Stigbergets)

"We know what you’re picturing. A seagull walking around with a fake cockatoo’s crest on its head trying to go incognito amongst a crackle of cockatoos (yes, that's the name of a group of cockatoos).
Well that’s a ridiculous image and we’re here to tell you that is … absolutely the image we pictured when naming this beer.

Luckily the brew day with our mates from Stigbergets Bryggeri in Sweden wasn’t completely

taken up by imagining absurd bird scenarios that we may or may not have tried to recreate later on that day.

We also got around to brewing this modern West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe T-90 in the whirlpool, Simcoe Dynaboost hop dip and a healthy dry hop of Cryo Krush and even more Simcoe that creates a flavour bomb exploding with crisp grapefruit and lemon notes and a mild resinous, piney backbone.”

"We just became best friends!
The Gathering marked the third time we’ve partied with our mates at Widowmaker and the third continent that we’ve partied together on. And you know what they say, third time proves it.

Whilst this time didn’t have the bar pie and Banquets of Braintree or the goodies of Amsterdam, it does mark the first time we actually got around to brewing a beer together.

One thing we discovered early is our shared love for the hop Comet, rich in freshly squeezed, pulpy orange juice goodness so we made sure this beer showcased it perfectly.

Using our creamy Oat Cream base and a hearse-load (IYKYK) of Comet hops, we layered it up with Simcoe, Sabro and Citra to create an indulgent bouquet of oranges, apricots, mango and vanilla.

Contains: Milk.”

"On a day when we were meant to be doing the hands on component of our collaboration with our mates from Track, we found ourselves making sure the sun was still setting in the right place as we sampled the many delights of the Katoomba kitchen on the back deck, carefully pairing them with the finest selection of Track and Mountain Culture West Coast’s that we could get our hands on.
That flight of beers and salty snacks helped us hone this recipe into what we present to you today in this can.

This punchy yet crisp West Coast IPA is heavy in New Zealand hops. A dip hop of Mosaic alongside Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provide a base of mango, papaya and blueberry that more Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a hint of Riwaka in the dry hop build on to create a resinous blend of berries, tropical fruit and diesel.

Best enjoyed with frickles and tater tots.”

"We’ve been doing a lot of conjuring lately. Somehow the universe connected our reality
through the multitudes of wormholes to some fellow conjurers on the other side of the planet.

Our friends at Beak from Lewes, UK also like to dabble in the world of the otherworldly and so when our paths finally aligned we knew we had to put together something epic.

This mystical potion has the ability to transport you straight through the fabric of what we call reality to endless flowing meadows of citrus orchards. Oversized grapefruits, lemon and lime fall from giant trees as you float through time.

Be careful with this one though, it’s been known to quickly transform itself into a second helping, even a third…”

"Whoops!
This extra special collaboration was brewed on the Monday immediately following The Gathering and, needless to say, we were a little late to mash in. Our common sense was even later.

Luckily Emily & Lee from Outer Range and our team of brewers were well rested(ish) because this is a big one!

This mountainous collab utilises Outer Range’s approach to hazy IPA malt bills to create a smooth, creamy base for the premium hop lineup to play with. Mosaic provides a full spectrum undercurrent of berries, mangoes and grapefruit that works as the perfect building block for an all-NZ-Dry-Hop to build its masterpiece on. NZ Cascade, Motueka and Nelson Cold Pressed saturate every last drop with fields..”

"Citra leads the charge like a seasoned Jedi Master, throwing out big hits of grapefruit, lime and a bit of sharp citrus rind. Krush jumps in at lightspeed with ripe stone fruit and a resinous edge that keeps everything tight and focused. Then there’s a small touch of Galaxy), quietly lurking like a Sith pulling the strings in the background, adding a subtle hit of passionfruit and soft tropical lift without taking over.
The body is lean, balanced like the Force, and finishes dry with a bitterness that cuts cleaner than the Darksaber. It lingers just long enough to pull you back in for another sequel.

This is definitely the beer you’re looking for.”
