New b**rs in from Bracket Brewing !
’FOR THE PLOT’ (6th Birthday Release)
Maibock
ABV: 6.8%
"We haven’t brewed this style since 2023 and, you guessed it, it's one of Mike’s favourites (one iteration was aptly named Mike’s Bock). Given it’s not May, but it feels like spring is definitely on the way together with our 6th birthday, Mike decided it was time to take a plunge.
For The Plot is exactly what you’d expect, a bright golden amber colour paired with a lush mouthfeel. The malt character shines through just the right amount, in this case a fair bit, followed by subtle floral notes.”
’RUBBER ARM’’ (Kicks Brewing Collab)
DDH IPA
ABV: 6.8%
"This collab is with our mates at Kicks Brewing and, if you remember Arrangement from last December, you'll know exactly where this is headed: straight back to the West Coast. Rubber Arm is bright in every sense of the word: crystal clear in the glass and bright on the palate. Expect complex citrus up front, a wave of dank cannabis and a hint of berry, all carried on a firm, clean bitterness and a dry finish. It's the kind of b**r where "just one more" happens without much of an argument, hence the name 😅”
’BEMBOKA’ (Track Brewing Collab)
West Coast Pils
ABV: 6.2%
"We first met Mat from Track Brewing Co back in April and hit it off over a few b**rs. He got in touch about a series of Aussie collabs showcasing some of Ryefield Hops and obviously we were keen. The result is Bemboka, a crisp and refreshing West Coast Pils hopped with Azure. Originally centennial, Azure has become its own variety, still throwing back to its heritage with floral and citrus character but with an undertone of resin and woody tones.”

DDH DIPA (Shapeshifter Brewing Collab)
ABV: 8.8%
"When we got on the blower with Carla to cook up the recipe for this b**r, it was meant to be a 6.5% go-to hazy to balance out the release. Roll in some kid induced sleep deprivation and the highly attenuative Mango Madness strain and you get yourself a massive DDH DIPA, Wait, what? 😅
