"Galaxy, with its crazy tropical Pineapple – Orange – Guava aroma that’s laced with zesty lime and ginger spice, is one of those hops that doesn’t require other hops with it to make a beer pop. In order for you to have an unadulterated Galaxy experience, we brew Galaxy Blaster with our house neutral ale yeast which doesn’t obfuscate the beautiful hop character. ”

"Say hello to Uptown Gulls, a crisp West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our hop-loving mates at Humble Sea Brewing (Santa Cruz, CA).
Hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Dyna Boost, Simcoe, and Nectaron, this one hits with big waves of citrus peel, pine, and tropical dankness, all balanced by a lean malt backbone and a crisp, dry finish.
It’s bright with medium bitterness and totally saturated in hop character. A West Coast IPA thats modern yet remains classic & clean.

"Could this be our easiest drinking NEIPA to date? Yes.

We’ve designed this hazy IPA to go down easier than the US Stockmarket. A hop bill consisting of Citra, Mosaic, Luminosa and Cryo Motueka creates a flavour profile that is all about lemon and lime, keeping each sip extra refreshing and moreish.A malt body packed with as much flaked wheat and oats as our brewhouse could take, adds a smooth, densely hazy body that balances out the sparkling citrus fruits perfectly. Allowing you to find the bottom of your glass without any resistance.”

"We got pretty excited when Garage Beer Co in Barcelona hit us up to help them celebrate their 10th birthday. So when it came to writing the recipe for our collaboration beer, we pulled out the big guns.
First, it just had to be an Oat Cream IPA, didn't it?
We packed out our Oat Cream IPA malt bill creating an extra thick, creamy and hazy body, before adding an experimental hop that we've become a little bit obsessed with, HBC 1019, alongside flowable Mosaic Spectrum hop extract and cashmere borrowed from Status Quo.
This created a hop profile fitting of such a celebration, that bursts with mango, rockmelon and coconut.
Garage Beer Co brewed the exact same recipe on the other side of the world, creating the mirror image of this epic IPA to flow on through the night of their birthday celebrations.

Introducing ⚡MEGA UV⚡ — maybe you were there for DAZY, Bucket Full of Nothin’, or those sneaky taproom-only pours from the pilot system. We’ve had a long-running fling with Hazy beers, so it’s pretty bloody awesome to see this one earn its stripes — going from taproom fave, to lighting up faces at Firestone Walker Invitational 2024, and now to a 375mL tinnie for a short but glorious run as a limited release.

Pour it, sip it, and swirl the rays of the sun on your tongue. Tropical fruit-punch flavours crackle off a clean, dry base in this Hazy IIPA, along with lime and coconut notes from the magic of sun-drenched hops 🌞 and an ABV of 8%."
