Village Grocer Norris Park (IGA) is looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team in a Store Operations / Management role.

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Has good responsibility and a strong work ethic
✅ Has retail experience and understands day-to-day store operations
✅ Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
✅ Has good communication and customer service skills
✅ Can help with stock management, merchandising, staff coordination and general store operations
✅ Is willing to take ownership and help the store run smoothly

Previous retail or supermarket experience is preferred.

If you are looking for a stable role and believe you have the right attitude and experience, we would love to hear from you.
