📍Noojee Railway Station Precinct & the beginning of the Noojee Trestle Bridge walk 🥾🌿

At a whopping 21m tall and 102m long, Noojee Trestle Bridge is kind of a big deal and is one of the few remaining of its kind in Victoria 😮.

Perched upon the old railway line and surrounded by mountain ash forest 🌱, the Noojee Trestle Bridge is the starting point for a number of walking and cycling 🚴 tracks that carve their way through the towering forest 🌳.

Pack a picnic 🥪 and set off on the 3km one-way Noojee Trestle Bridge Rail Trail 🚶‍♂️, winding through scenic bushland 🌿. The trail ends at the historic Noojee Railway Station Precinct 🚂, where you can step back in time and climb aboard a steam train.

It’s gone so fast, and in this time we have figured out our peak hours, we’re always busy between 11-4!

The new Louvre van carriage museum is up and running! Filled with some amazing pieces straight from our local timber industries in Noojee. The huge tv shows historical videos while you rummage through the extensive book collection, artefacts and images. The volunteers of the Noojee and District Historical Society are often present to answer any and all questions you have! Come and see the new space!
