Bringing together The Rum Consortium 2025, The Rum Consortium 2026 and Burdekin Premium Aged Rum, this limited bundle celebrates Queensland rum from across the state — and our own little corner of it.
The 2025 Rum Consortium marked Burdekin’s first invitation to join the collaboration as a guest distillery, bringing our fresh-cane approach to a blend of rums from across Queensland.
In 2026, Burdekin returns as a guest distillery, joining five other Queensland rum makers for an entirely new limited-edition blend.
Completing the collection is our Premium Aged Rum — our own expression of North Queensland rum, crafted from fresh-pressed Burdekin sugarcane and matured to develop rich notes of smoke, vanilla and burnt orange.
