Barrel-aged for 12 months in local whiskey barrels. This limited vintage brew is rich, smoky, smooth, and rare.

Sidetrack Stone Whisky was a passion project, a brainchild of our two founders.⁠
⁠
• Brewed by Stone & Wood, using a custom wash inspired by their wood-fired porter, Stone Beer.⁠🍺⁠
• Distilled at Husk in our 6000L Forsyth copper pot still (yep, the same Scottish still used by the greats).⁠
• Aged 5+ years in American oak barrels that once held Husk Rum, adding a deep complexity of flavour ⁠
• Tasting notes? Confectionery sweetness, tropical fruits, coffee, dark chocolate, warming spice, whisper of smoke.⁠

This is a rich and robust winter rum with a deliciously deep and well rounded hum.
