Toast one to Wellington with a Waterloo!
Waterloo is a brewery that has made a name for itself brewing high quality beers in the Belgian style. The Waterloo Red Cherry that we have here blends a few different Belgian beer making styles, passed down from trappist monks in the 12th century, that come together to make a refreshing and fruity Lambic beer. With Almond notes that flow onto a cherry finish this beer is brewed with the Lambic method that uses wild hops, these major tones are complimented with a dryness and floral aroma. To focus on the cherry taste; this brown beer has been mixed with cherry juices in the brewing process to further heighten the sweet but refined taste of a fresh and ripe cherry on a hot summer’s day. Perfect if you’ve had enough of the Lagers, Pale ales, and IPA’s which are mainstays of the Australian beer market, this “Red Cherry” is great way to mix up your Evening

We Have a new Belgian Beer for you! 

This is the Radio Minerva Tripel. The beer, which is a classic Belgian blonde, got its name from a radio station in Antwerp, the city in which the beer was brewed. It is full bodied with a finish of spicy notes that come with a hint of citrus. It has been brewed with European noble hops that originate from fields in Germany and the Czech Republic, this allows the beer to have a depth and retain its balance on the palette. This is Tripel that is perfect for a hot afternoon and, as with Belgian Blondes in general, it’s refreshing and full flavoured.
