So much wine, so little time. So many of you came, visited, and left with a boot full of King Valley Wine! We’ve had a cracking long weekend, ending with the Big Walk up Mount Buffalo.

We’re loving the Verduzzo this summer, with the flavour of stone fruit, tropical fruit and spice (and may have this one in our wine club summer collection 🤫).

It pairs beautifully with a range of dishes from seafood pasta and chicken, to light red meats, charcuterie and strong cheeses.

It will definitely be a talking point with your next cheese platter!

A perennial favourite, and one we wouldn’t be without in the cupboard.

The Quasimodo is just so easy to pull out for guests, easy drinking but has layers of flavour which means it goes as well with a cheese platter as a steak or pizza - medium bodied with bright fruit. It’s an absolute crowd pleaser.
