From Franconia, a lesser-known wine region in Germany, has been farming organically since 2018, focusing mainly on local varieties like Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau. He produces pure, vibrant wines that reflect his passion for honest winemaking.
Oh, and did we mention his Chardonnay is out of this world?

Gorgeous weather ahead — come see us for a glass, a snack, or a pizza from next door x

Chenin Blanc, you charming, unpredictable wonder. You’re bright and crisp one moment, rich and honeyed the next, and somehow always perfect. Sweet, dry, bubbly, still…Is there anything you can’t do? You keep us on our toes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Tokyo isn’t lacking in great places to drink wine and have a good time — but this place stole our hearts!

(Meguro) is run by two of the loveliest wine professionals, An and Maaya. The concept is very similar to SP, you can either take away a bottle from their temperature-controlled room, sit at one of the tables, or stand at the bar and enjoy it there. Don’t forget to try the most delicious cheesecake, made not far from the shop !

The care and knowledge these two have about their wines is impeccable, and we couldn’t recommend this place more. Make sure to visit them on your next trip to Japan.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity!

If any Loire producer has reached legendary status, it’s Nicolas Joly. Even people who’ve never tasted his wines know him as a biodynamic pioneer. He makes just 40,000 bottles from 15 hectares, so it’s no surprise many have never even seen one.

These days, his daughter Virginie runs the show. She didn’t plan on joining the family business, but came back in 2002 and has slowly taken over. The estate is a 50-hectare world of its own, all on schist soils, with the iconic Clos de la Coulée de Serrant as its crown jewel—a 7-hectare monopole with its own appellation. They also hold the nearby Clos de la Bergerie, a monopole in Roche aux Moines, considered a premier cru of Savennières.

Available now in store and online in tiny quantities.

It’s getting cold out there, come get cosy with us x

We’re so pumped for this one!

For the first time ever, we’ll have a chef taking over the kitchen from Thursday to Sunday, and not just any chef. Julia is joining us straight from in Adelaide, where she’s been cooking for the past few months.

Originally from the Barossa, Julia has worked at some of London’s best wine bars, including Lyle’s and Mountain. She’ll be serving a South East Asia influenced menu, and we’ll be pouring some very special wines to match - all weekend long!

Menu and kitchen hours will be announced closer to the date.

Can’t wait to see you all! xx

We’re super excited for our next pop-up/wine party!

If you’ve been here before, you’re probably familiar with JB’s wines. He’s a French winemaker who began his journey in Australia in 2019, after years of making wines and other drinks around the world. His winery is based in Basket Range, Adelaide Hills, and he produces some of our favourite lo-fi organic wines.

JB will be joining us on Tuesday, May 6th, taking over our entire wine list!

But that’s not all - Gaspar from will be taking over the kitchen! He’s flying in from Sydney just for this event. After years working at top restaurants like Flower Drum, Taxi Dining, and 10 William St, he launched his own hot sauce company, and he’ll be serving up some delicious Asian inspired snacks.

Swipe right to see what to expect.

Starting at 5pm, see you then! x

The menu for Saturday is here - and it looks exceptional!

We’ll be serving it for both lunch and dinner. Plus, we’ve got some very special bottles available by the glass or by the bottle to pair with James’s food.

If you’ve never tried his cooking, here are a few photos from our last event.

We’re so excited! x
