Run by husband and wife duo Lisa Sartori and Marcus Satchell out of the heart of South Gippsland Victoria, they pride themselves on producing pure, balanced and harmonious Pinots.

Made from their three distinct "dirts" their aim is to keep things simple – grow a fantastic fruit, pick it at just the right time and let the wine speak for itself. With little artificial adjustments, they produce flavourful wines perfect for wintery evenings.

Small Wonder came about due to a rare opportunity to become owners and caretakers of a remarkable established vineyard in the Tamar Valley.

Small yet aspirational, Small Wonder have been hard at work since 2020 to bring their dreams into a reality. Located on the Western Ridge of the Tamar Valley in Northern Tasmania, Small Wonder sits nestled amongst 20 hectares of native bushland.

The cool climate produces wine with graceful, elegant textures, predominantly producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with smaller plantings of Riesling and Pinot Gris.

Born of the many rural regions of Victoria, Patrick's first vinous whiff probably likely came while climbing the Cambrian hills north of Central Victoria, on a farm his family once owned.

All grown up and married to the beautiful Megan, they live and make wine on their own farm in the Strzelecki ranges of Gippsland, Australia.

The wines are inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place. Join us in tasting their show stopping selection of Chardonnay, and learn from the expert directly.

Tonight we are excited to showcase at our Tuesday Tasting!

The Tyrrell’s estate, nestled in the foothills of the Brokenback Range in the Hunter Valley, is a unique patchwork of vineyards. Thriving in a diverse range of soils, from sandy loams lying on ancient creek beds to heavier red clays over limestone, their vineyards produce some of the most distinctive and refined wines in the world.

All of their estate parcels are well established, with many sites bearing vines that are more than 100 years old and still producing fine wines that embody the characteristics and style of Tyrrell’s and the Hunter Valley.

Join us in exploring a selection of their finest, from Shiraz to Semillon - including their award-winning 2018 Vat 1 Semillon! - come learn what the Hunter Valley is so famous for.
