Proyecto Uno is a great Pale Ale with a nice tropical flavour along with its biscuits, malt and loaded with Citra hops. You will find a mix of grapefruit, a touch of citrus and mild lingering bitter finish. Easy drinking Pale Ale, perfect for a summer's day, winter afternoon or morning wake up. This is the beer to drink all day long.

Autopilot Oat Cream IPA ABV (ALCOHOL BY VOLUME) 7.2%

Autopilot is an all-American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one we really pushed the limits with.

To start, we pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as we could, then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel.

And now for the important part... We threw in six of our favourite American hops including Idaho 7 cryo, Citra cryo and Amarillo as late whirlpool additions and then excessive amounts of Citra cryo, Idaho 7 cryo and Mosaic over two separate dry hops.

Finally, we borrowed our house hazy strain from Be Kind Rewind and Status Quo to push those fruity hops to the highest level!

Contains lactose.

A hazy recollection of a close encounter with another kindred spirit deep in the night. Bass and treble mix to excite the senses. No words are spoken, the sound of a thousand light years fills the void. The universal language of music connects us all through time and space.

Tasting Notes: Big tropical fruit explosion. Passionfruit, pineapple and melon with some sticky stone fruit.
