Exciting!!! New production range from Mountain Culture arrived today😍 This indulgent New England Oat Cream IPA, DJ threw on his tattered corduroy overalls at the crack of dawn and trekked down the picturesque hill to the milking shed to work the tears of our fresh Santo hops for every last drop of fresh Citrus and coconutty goodness❤️. Also, we launched this double-dry hopped IPA. Tropical coconut, orange rind, and subtle passion fruit notes are Brough together by a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel and a dry finish. Exciting news! "Angels' Share - 16x500ml - Cans - 13% ABV" and "Wondrous Apparition - 16x500ml - Cans - 7% ABV" have arrived at our store.

"Angel’s Share," the base stout, offers rich, sweet chocolate notes. The barrel aging adds complexity with hints of vanilla, coconut, and pineapple, thanks to Karu’s signature copper pot distilled rum, which is fermented from 100% molasses.

Mountain Culture & Co has enlisted our in-house magicians to craft a NEIPA. This beer combines both modern and traditional hop products. It features Centennial Incognito, a liquid hop extract designed for whirlpool additions, along with a dual dry hopping of Centennial, Citra, and Amarillo T-90 pellets.

During the brew day at our Factory in Emu Plains for this special collab with our friends Cloudburst (Seattle, WA) and Wildflower (Marrickville, NSW), we were discussing how, logically, we should call the beer 'umbrella' because:
- Cloudburst = rain
- We used wet hops from HPA
- The wet hops are called Ella (-ella, eh, eh, eh)...
And then Steve announced that in his native tongue (American), umbrellas are called 'bumbershoots'. That's the moment we realised we weren't just working with an inimitable wet-hop brewer but also someone who could probably smash us at Scrabble, too.
