Hi everyone, this week’s premium pour is also from a private collection. Pirramimma 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from Mclaren Vale is as good as it gets.

With some age it is delivering an abundance of black fruits and some spicy plum notes. It’s bold yet has fine elegance that will linger on and on.

$25 per class.🍷

This week’s premium pour comes from the personal cellar of my good friend Peter Ryan - Pauletts 2009 Clare Valley Riesling. 🥂

This gem has developed all those lovely honeysuckle characters with a silky mouthful. It’s very limited - we only have 6 bottles. If aged Riesling is your thing, this a must try before it goes!

Hi everyone!

For this weeks premium pour, I’ve managed to get my hands on some 2018 Leeuwin Estate Art series Riesling. Showing flavours of green apples and lemon, with a nice amount of acid to balance this wine perfectly.

Pair with our food special this week, marinated octopus with chilli jam Mayo.

Premium Pour

This week it’s 2023 ‘COSA NOSTRA ARNEIS’. This wine is made with whole-bunch pressing and aged for 4 months in older barrels, giving it a smooth, balanced feel. It has fresh lemon, white flower, and almond notes, with a rich texture and a clean finish. A well-crafted, easy-drinking wine.

Bonjour everyone.

We’re travelling back to France for this weeks Premium Pour. It’s a Burgundy Pinot Noir. This Côte d’Or Derey 22 vintage is displaying flavours of cherry and dark fruits. Don’t be fooled by its light appearance, this wine will linger all the way to the bottom of the glass.

It’s a Rosemary Gin Fizz featuring Signature Gin.

45mls of Gin, a dash of triple sec, sugar syrup and lemon juice, topped up with Soda.

Bonjour everyone. For this weeks premium pour we gone to to France.

Naudin 2022 Aligote is a Burgundian variety that is sometimes known as the middle child of the region. With flavours of white peach and a zesty mouthfeel, this elegant and charming wine is a true expression of burgundy.

This week it’s off to Beechworth for a Pinot Gris that’s nothing short of premium. Layers of pear and apple, with wild yeast and French oak to round off this gem.
