Geelong winery Mulline has gone from strength to strength in recent vintages, with the quality of the wines firmly establishing them among the country’s finest producers.

Their newly released 2025 Single Vineyard Chardonnays and Pinots are a great example of this - precise, site-driven wines that clearly reflect the different corners of Geelong they come from.

This Saturday, we’ll be opening all the new releases. A rare opportunity to taste the wines side by side and explore the differences between Geelong’s sub-regions through Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Prophets Rock is widely considered one of the most thoughtful voices to emerge from Central Otago, producing wines that combine depth of flavour with striking precision and balance.

Working with carefully selected vineyard sites and a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar, the winery has built a reputation for Pinot Noir and aromatic whites that speak clearly of place while maintaining elegance and drinkability.

This masterclass offers the opportunity to explore the philosophy behind Prophet’s Rock, the vineyards that shape the wines, and the stylistic choices that define the range today.

THIS SATURDAY TASTING | Spinifex Wines | 1-4pm 🍷

Peter Schell and Magali Gely established Spinifex Wines in 2001, they have had a home in the Barossa Valley for over twenty years and hold a strong commitment to and passion for the Barossa, They also have o strong French connection, both physically and philosophically.

25 Years later their wines have cemented a place among the region’s finest. They’ve also expanded beyond the valley, purchasing additional vineyards including an Eden Valley site that produces phenomenal Riesling. You’ll be able to taste that, alongside some delcious chenin blanc, grenache, mataro and shiraz!
