Our All-Australian Negroni meets its match with Isabella Manfredi.

We wanted someone with presence. Opinions. Excellent taste. A ferocious appetite. Someone completely and unmistakably herself, so It had to be Izzi.

Women in booze advertising have been served a pretty narrow brief over the years: look good, hold a pink spritz, preferably near a pool.

We prefer our women with opinions, appetite and a tendency to make a bit of a scene.

Italian heritage. Australian spirit. Just the right amount of attitude.

TWO MORE WEEKS OF LA PLANCHA.

All good things must come to an end, and La Plancha is no exception. A huge thank you to Kohu, Jack and the team at Little Caterer Sydney for bringing the heat these past few weeks.

There are just two weekends left to get your fix of grilled meats, seafood and vegetables, warm flatbread, generous dips and crisp salads. Come hungry, and make the most of it while you can.

LAYERED, JAMMY, AND APPROACHABLE.

Our Single Malt Wh**ky won Best New South Wales Distilled Spirit at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show 2026 for good reason.

Crafted in small batches from Australian-grown malt, then rested for nine years in a tawny casks before a finishing stint in Oloroso and PX. It’s a compelling combination that brings together juicy fruit, dark sticky sweetness and a gentle thread of spice. A wh**ky with plenty going on – a flickering of tropical notes, chocolate-dipped apricots, caramelised banana and soft baking spice carrying through the palate.
