We’re Hiring: Back of House.

We’re looking for someone to join the Spill team in a back of house role. We are after someone dependable, quick on their feet, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

You’ll be helping with food prep, running plates, keeping our space clean, polishing glassware, and making sure service flows smoothly. It’s a hands-on, practical role that’s all about keeping the engine room running.

You don’t need to know everything, but we do need someone who:
- Has great attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Brings a can-do attitude
- Is a team player through and through

Got experience in kitchens or hospitality? Great. Keen to learn and want to build confidence around wine or food? Even better. We’re big on professional development and back people who want to grow their skills.

Evening and weekend availability is essential.
