⚠️ EFTPOS PAYMENT ISSUES

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues processing payments when customers are using their phones or digital wallets.

💳 Physical cards appear to be working as normal for now.

Reports suggest the issue is country-wide and may also be affecting New Zealand.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you’re shopping with us today, we recommend bringing your physical bank card as a backup.

The Funeral Service for the late Mrs Susan Lau will be held at the Bacchus Marsh Public Hall, 207 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh on TUESDAY (August 11, 2026) commencing at 1:00pm.

A public viewing will be held prior to the service from 12:00pm to 12:45pm at the Bacchus Marsh Public Hall. Everyone is warmly invited to attend the viewing.
If you wish, you are welcome to bring a personal card, letter, or written message to place with Sue during the viewing.

A Private Cremation will follow.

Flowers are welcome. Alternatively, in memory of Sue, donations to the Australian Cancer Council would be greatly appreciated.

The Service will be Live Streamed and available to view below, on the day of the Funeral.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Susan, who passed away peacefully yesterday afternoon, surrounded by her loving family.

Susan wasn’t just the heart of our business, she was the heart of so many people’s lives. Her dedication, generosity, strength and unwavering commitment to her family, staff and business touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Susan gave to FoodWorks and to the FoodWorks community over so many years.

Our thoughts are with Alex, Daniel, Amy, Allan and the entire family during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest peacefully, Susan. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. ❤️

🚧 CAR PARK MAINTENANCE NOTICE 🚧

Tomorrow, Monday 13th July, resurfacing works will begin to repair the significant potholes in the front car park.

As a result, the front car park will be closed for most of the day while these works are carried out.

The store will remain open and trading as normal.

We appreciate your patience while we complete these important repairs.
