With heavy hearts, we share the devastating news that Nikola Sarek passed away on Sunday 22 June 2025.

Nik was a true gentleman with a heart of gold, and a very much-loved larrikin of the D'amore Cellars Bottlemart family.

His infectious smile and big personality would light up any room he entered. From his cheeky quotes to his many different accents and imitations, he could make the grumpiest person laugh.

Most of all Nik was a devoted work colleague and more than that he was our friend, no he was family. Nik was someone you could rely on at any time of day or night - no questions asked, he was there. Nik, you will be extremely missed by all.

May you rest in peace 🤍
