Michael's IGA Korumburra Michael’s IGA + Liquor Korumburra, has been part of the community since 1995.

The store was purchased by Michael and Rosemary Lorenz and converted to a SUPA IGA + Liquor with the vision of improving the services the supermarket provided for the local community. After an initial upgrade, the store has been consistently refurbished in the 20 years the Lorenzo family have owned it. Staff focus is on providing superior quality, services, range, value and importantly providing a

rewards and charity program that really gives back to the local community. The store has won multiple awards having been recognised at state and national level for exceptional standards. Our mission is to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers through great service, the best fresh foods, the largest range and super competitive prices. Our vision to continue to give the people of Korumburra a real alternative shopping experience and share our profits within community, a local business supporting locals.

Would you like to join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to grow with the company and move your career to a higher level? Michael's IGA is looking for a Qualified Butcher to fill an existing position.
Full-Time Position with possible alternating rosters (every 2nd
Saturday and some public holidays)
The successful applicant will have experience in working in a Supermarket Meat Department or in a Specialty Butcher shop environment with full trade qualification and ideally have the following qualities:

• Ability to be able to work across the 5 days of the week which may include some public holidays and Saturday’s.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Portray a positive attitude and show initiative.
• Be well groomed and well presented at all times.
• Complete duties as directed by your manager/supervisor.
• Abide by company policies and procedures at all times.
