We were excited to receive a delivery beers we don't see much in Tassie, from our new mainland supplier.
Two great wintery beers from Co-Conspirators Brewing Company .
- The Double Butcher Double Red IPA, is rich loaded with soft chewy sweet malt, with firm bitter spine for balance, and for those with a sweet tooth
- The Pasty Chef Salted Caramel Stout, a thick, creamy, and dessert-like consistency. A touch of salt balances the sweet caramel and booze, resulting in a finish reminiscent of chocolate mudcake.
As well as three new additions from .
- A classic West Coast IPA. It is a throwback to classic IPAs with a dry finish, and prominent notes of citrus, orange, and pine
- Twisted Peel Red IPA, Bright citrus, red malt backbone. Grapefruit and mandarin over layers of rich malt.
- Dark Matter Choc Stout,
Dark Matter - Chocolate Stout, Velvety, rich and unapologetically indulgent! With a dark cocoa swirl and toasted biscuit depth, layers of silky oats and creamy lactose pull this beer into pure dessert territory.
