At Agricola Vintners, Callum focuses on Shiraz, crafting wines that reflect the unique characteristics of their vineyards. His winemaking philosophy is all about minimal intervention, aiming to let the fruit express itself without heavy oak influence. Callum’s wines, blend grapes from exceptional sites to create complex, well-structured wines with vibrant flavours and a sense of place.

The Macallan A Night on Earth in Jerez is a masterfully crafted single malt whisky that pays tribute to the lively traditions of New Year’s Eve in Jerez de la Frontera, the famed heart of Sherry production.

Aged in specially selected Sherry-seasoned oak casks sourced from Jerez, this limited-edition release is deeply rooted in the region's rich cultural heritage. The collaboration with Jerez-born artist María Melero adds a unique touch, with her festive designs capturing the spirit of celebration in her hometown.

On the nose, A Night on Earth in Jerez delights with aromas of honey-drenched Pestiños, sweet raisins, warm cinnamon, anise, and rich oak, all complemented by a burst of bright citrus.

The palate unfolds with layers of sweet pastry, white grapes, honey-glazed almonds, and vanilla, balanced by subtle spices and a hint of fresh rosemary.

The finish is vibrant, warming, and sweetly satisfying. This exceptional whisky offers more than just a drink—it’s a celebration in every sip, making it the perfect choice for gifting or savouring during special moments.

The 2020 Penfolds Grange is a blend of 97% shiraz and 3% cabernet sauvignon from premium vineyards in McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. The wine was matured for 20 months in American oak hogsheads (100% new).

This Blended Bourbon is a whiskey for nearly every occasion: complex enough for sipping, robust enough for cocktails and highballs, yet approachable enough to accompany a cold beer.

While many blended whiskeys dilute straight whiskeys with neutral spirits, this is blended from mature bourbon, rye, malt, and corn whiskeys made in house.

With a flavour profile between pot still Irish whiskey and traditional bourbon, this bottle speaks to its New York City roots and looks to the future of American whiskey.

The GlenDronach is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, creating their finest richly sherried single malts for nearly 200 years.

A past rich with charismatic custodians, challenging setbacks, and triumph through dedication, The GlenDronach was an early pioneer of sherry cask maturation.

Drawn from Oloroso sherry butt #7708 as a 29-year-old. Distilled 29/11/1991, bottled 2021 at 52%.

These exceptional expressions are a fantastic representation of the style of whiskies maturing in the GlenDronach Distillery warehouses, and are smooth, well balanced and tremendously complex. Each dram is guaranteed to delight and inspire.

On the nose there are aromas of mellow walnut and sweet chocolate raisin, with hazelnut toffee brittle and liquorice. At first sip there are tastes of baked raisin and walnut bread with cinnamon spiced plum and toasted hazelnut 🥃

The oldest core release in the Redbreast family is composed of Pot Still whiskeys, which have been triple distilled, matured in the finest bourbon, sherry, and ruby port casks for no less than 27 years. Bottled at cask strength.

Redbreast 27 Year Old elevates the storied reputation of this iconic whiskey even further. Building on the celebrated foundation of bourbon and sherry influence is the inclusion of ruby port casks for even more complexity and depth.

Nose: Remarkable aromas spanning fresh tropical fruits, nuts, and rich dried fruit.

Taste: Soft vanilla, toasted oak, sherry nuttiness with a dusting of spices. Luscious fleshy fruit notes complete the silky mouthfeel.

Finish: Lingers, seemingly forever, with oak and an assortment of spices and then, the final bow from barley – where it all began.
