Get Busy Hopping, WCIPA - 6.9%
Winner of the IPA category at the 2021 Brewers Guild Awards, this West Coast IPA is to return to a more expressive old-school style. A heavier malt base, while still showing off the brewery’s flair for modern hop varieties sourced from the US, Australia and NZ too 🫡
Full bodied with a big malty chew at first, a breadth of drying hop flavours begins to emerge with dominant American pine, some drier Aussie grassiness and New Zealand tropicals to finish. 
A classic old school IPA for classic old school IPA drinkers 🙌

This Double Dry Hopped Double IPA is designed as a tropical hop showcase built for serious DIPA drinkers. A true craft beer collaboration between two breweries known for pushing hop-forward styles, Party Wave pairs Dolcita and Motueka, two distinctive modern hops rarely seen together at this intensity. Dangerous Ales’ fermentation craft meets Seeker’s hazy DIPA pedigree in a single, limited-run batch split between both breweries. It is the kind of collab beer that only happens when two like-minded crews share a tank and a vision.

It’s collab city here this week 🙌 With teaming up with two international superstars to deliver a couple of ripping brews 👌🍻

☠️⛰️Hills to Mountains, Oat Cream IPA - 6.66%⛰️☠️
This collab with the legends at from Braintree, just south of Boston, USA. comes courtesy The Gathering event.
Using a super creamy Oat Cream base and a hearse-load (IYKYK😉) of Comet hops, this stunner has been layered up with Simcoe, Sabro and Citra to create an indulgent bouquet of oranges, apricots, mango and vanilla.

Seagull Mullet, West Coast IPA - 7.4%
The conversations that happen between brewers on a brew day can really send you down some strange wormholes 😵‍💫
This one was no different…with somehow finding themselves explaining to our Swedish superstars why plovers absolutely despise AusPost trucks, before spiralling headfirst into the chaos that is Australia’s relationship with bin chickens.
Somewhere amongst all that nonsense, this beer name was born. Taking their seagull mascot and giving it some Australian flair. This West Coast IPA means business, while having a flair for a party with a first wort hopped with Aussie Galaxy,whirlpool additions of Simcoe T-90 and Simcoe Dip Hop, then finished with a monster dry hop of Cryo Krush and Simcoe to deliver huge aromas of lemon, grapefruit and pine underneath notes of berries, apricot and peach

A throwback to 2025 when Hawkers celebrated their 10th Birthday with this epic blended Imperial Stout comprising both youth and maturity. A blend of un-aged and 2+ year bourbon barrel matured imperial stouts unite with a fusing rest on amburana wood, nodding to past, present, and years to come. Find complex vanilla, spice, dried fruit, and coffee characters in its inky depths.

They’ve teamed up with some absolute legends to deliver a four pack of delicious treats 🤤

☁️Something Cloudy, DDH IPA - 6.0%☁️
Brewed with the UKs finest purveyors of haze for Pint of Origin. This one leans soft, juicy, and dangerously easy-going. Double dry hopped with Motueka, Rakau, and Citra for waves of lime zest, ripe stone fruit, citrus juice, and a gentle tropical lift.

🥣Something Rangey, Oat Cream DIPA - 8.0%🥣
Brewed with the Newstead legends to celebrate ten years of Banks beers, this one goes big on flavour and smooth on delivery. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere, and Citra for layers of juicy citrus, white grape, soft tropical fruit, and a lush creamy finish. Full bodied, hazy, and dangerously moreish.

Something Futurey TDH West Coast IPA 6.4%
Brewed the Sydney genius’ , this one looks forward while staying true to the classics. Triple dry hopped with Strata, Idaho 7, and Mosaic for layers of bright citrus, ripe tropical fruit, dank resin, and a clean hit of pine. Crisp, bitter, and built to move.

☕️Something Folky, Imperial Pastry Stout - 9.6%☕️
Using coffee from the mornington roasting legends , Something Folky is a decadent Imperial Pastry Stout built for indulgence. Rich layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and smooth sweetness meet Brimstone Blend coffee, toasted coconut, and Madagascan vanilla bean. Big, bold, and velvety with a long luxurious finish.
