🏔️🏞️Mountain River, West Coast Pilsner - 5.5%🏞️🏔️
This special treat is a collaboration with
Russianriverbrewingofficial, the legends behind Pliny the Elder, one of the greatest IPAs ever brewed 🤩
So naturally…they made a pilsner⁉️🧐🤔🤷🏼‍♂️
After a few Zoom calls nutting out the recipe, the two brewers got their hands dirty on a brew day in Sonoma County while visiting for the Firestone Walker Brewing Co. Festival
The result...A New World Pilsner that showcases a blend of Pacific Northwest (Saaz and Simcoe) and New Zealand dry bod Yectaron and Motueka) hop character on a crisp dry body 🤤
The Verdict...everything you love about a Russian River West Coast IPA, now with the easy-drinking sessionability of a West Coast pils 🙌

And while we’re a little later on this one, this delicious little number comes to us from the legends Kicks Brewing to celebrate the 3rd Birthday of their Marrickville Taproom 🙌

🤾‍♂️🕺Throwing Shapes, West Coast IPA - 6.8%🕺🤾‍♂️
Kicks make no secret of the fact that their whole crew is rather fond of West Coast IPAs so they’re the first to admit that they brewed this one for themselves as much as for us!
With Strata, Krush and Wakatu hops, this westie pours amber with a resinous nose. Citrus and celery hit on the sip, before finishing piney and bitter. Cracker!

🎂😋Cake Eater Motueka & Cashmere, Oat Cream DIPA - 8.0%😋🎂
Every Cake Eater rendition is a chance to showcase a new pairing. And for this one…Motueka (NZ) and Cashmere (US) are here to party 🥳
Pouring with a luscious yellow haze, the nose is all zest and ripe melon, with hints of peach and a subtle whisper of coconut. On the palate, the Motueka brings a mojito-like lift, layered over juice stone fruit and our creamy, cake-batter smooth Oat Cream body.

🤔💡Makes Sense, West Coast IPA - 6.4%💡🤔
Common sense and classic hops. Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. The West Coast greats, doing what they do best. Bright citrus, pine, and grapefruit and a touch of tropical fruit. Clean bitterness, crisp finish 👌

SHEDSHAKER TAPROOM CASTLEMAINE have sent us their Premium Pils L***r to rip into on a beautiful day just like this one ☀️🍺👌
This L***r spends six weeks in tank to create a clean, smooth and refreshing finish with a hint of citrus and tropical fruit. A touch of Saaz hops make this a classic Pilsner l***r and very easy to drink.
