Is climate change killing classic Ch*****ne?
The 2008 vintage is from a cooler, more “traditional” year that produced elegant, lower alcohol w**es.
In 2026 the region just received emergency permission to bottle Ch*****nes up to 15% alcohol because of extreme heat and ripeness.
This 2008 tastes like nectar from the Ch*****ne gods.
Will that style even exist in 10-15 years?

Do women have better palates than men?
Science says women are better at tasting **e than men.
Higher density of taste buds and more likely to be super tasters.
Stronger sense of smell (especially during childbearing years).
Better at discriminating between w**es and spotting defects.
To all the men feel free to explain why the “expert” at the table is usually still a guy.
To all the women, next time someone mansplains the Pinot Noir to you, just smile and keep swirling.
