If you love Hunter Valley Semillon and you also love gin, look no further! On another quest for innovation and excitement we created a world first... gin infused with Hunter Valley Semillon! Talk about the perfect drop for a sunny Sunday afternoon 😉☀️

We wanted to create a gin that reflected the Hunter Valley region and acknowledged our heritage. Drawing inspiration from the unique personality of Hunter Semillon, the Gundog Dry Gin is a bright, Semillon-esque spirit with a citrus-led nose and palate.

We've included supporting botanicals such as green apple peel, angelica root, lime peel, lemon myrtle, star anise, coriander seeds, cloves, almonds, honeycomb and, of course, juniper and cassia bark.
